Asphalt Paving Crew Member Entry–Mid • Residential + Light Commercial
Full-Time Outdoor / Physical MN + West WI

Role summary: Assist with installation, repairs, and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. Learn the trade alongside experienced operators and crew leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Shovel, rake, lute, and assist with asphalt placement and finishing
  • Site setup, traffic control, and cleanup
  • Support base prep, grading, and compaction tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and equipment protocols

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet
  • Construction experience is a plus (not required)
Equipment Operator (Skid Steer / Roller / Paver) Mid–Senior • Paving operations
Full-Time Experience Required MN + West WI

Role summary: Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently. Work closely with crew leadership to maintain quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate skid steer, roller, paver (as applicable)
  • Maintain grade/slope targets and compaction standards
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Coordinate with crew for safe site flow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating relevant equipment
  • Strong safety awareness and jobsite communication
  • Valid license; CDL is a plus
Crew Lead / Foreman Senior • Lead jobsite execution
Full-Time Leadership Quality + Safety

Role summary: Lead a crew through daily paving tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and clear communication with the owner and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily workflow and direct crew assignments
  • Maintain quality standards (base prep, edges, finish)
  • Enforce safety procedures and jobsite organization
  • Communicate progress, issues, and material needs

Requirements:

  • Hands-on paving experience and leadership skills
  • Ability to read site conditions and solve problems
  • Strong communication and accountability
CDL Driver / Dump Truck Driver Mid • Material hauling + support
Full-Time CDL Required Local Routes

Role summary: Safely haul materials and support paving operations. Great fit for drivers who want local work and a hands-on crew environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate dump truck safely and efficiently
  • Load/unload materials and support jobsite staging
  • Daily inspections, logs, and basic maintenance
  • Assist crew as needed during paving tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL and clean driving record
  • Experience with dump truck operation preferred
  • Safety mindset and reliability
